Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord, she is to be praised. Proverbs 31:30
She is of impeccable birth
For a daughter of the King she is
Her antecedents are pure
For she traces her heritage to the father of heavenly lights
Her fear of God keeps her from trading the paths of wickedness
She who fears the Lord is to be praised!
She is of noble character
Not only does she reflect the image of God
But she also has inner beauty unmatchable
With a heart pure and clean
A smile open and serene, she welcomes one and all
She who fears the Lord is to be the praised!
Her walk with God is admirable
She is a walking Bible
Living by the standards of the word most Holy
She acknowledges the grace of God that brings salvation
Blessed are all who come under her
She who fears the Lord is to be praised!
Praise her, she who fears the Lord!
Like a pillar carved to adorn a palace she is
Indeed, sixty queens there may be, and eighty concubines and virgins beyond number
But she surpasses them all
The King is enthralled by her beauty!
Praise her, she who fears the Lord!
