Dancedom Ministry Overview

At Dancedom, we use the art of dance to:

  • Worship and praise through choreographed routines.
  • Engage with the community through performances.
  • Provide dance programs for various ages and skill levels.
  • Foster a sense of fellowship and community.
  • Participate in events, workshops, and collaborations.

At Dancedom, our slogan and driving motive is #Dance To Minister, dance To win souls. Our mission is to unite faith, dance, and community in a powerful and inspiring way. Join us on this journey of faith and expression.

Ministry Programs

Dancedom offers diverse programs:

  • Dance Presentations: Expressing faith and emotion through choreographed routines.
  • Hypes and Celebrations: Adding joy and energy to church events.
  • Dance Classes: Teaching all ages and skill levels.
  • Talent Nurturing: Supporting members' dance talents and growth.

These programs blend faith, art, and community. Join us to dance and connect with God.

Leadership structure and key members:

Currently (2023/2024), we have the following leadership structure and key members:

  • Mike Ouma-Dad 
  • Glory Kinya-Mum :Co-opted member
  • Grace
  • Bore Kibet

We are made up of family units, each headed by a dad and mum. These families are designed to support one another, encourage unity, promote well-being, and offer all-encompassing guidance that includes spiritual, intellectual, and personal growth.

Important dates: 

  • We usually meet on Saturdays at the Ufungamano Chapel for rehearsals;
  • Wednesdays are our day of prayer and fasting, with closing prayers held at 5:30 p.m. as we bond
