MUBET is an acronym standing for Mid-Eastern United Brethren Evangelistic Team. It is a regional fellowship of Born again Christians from Meru, Tharaka-Nithi and Isiolo County. It comprises students, associates and even other members from other parts of Kenya

Drawing our theme from Ezra 7:10, we are committed to the vision of evangelizing to the lost, providing for spiritual and physical care of the members and equipping members to be disciples of Jesus Christ through Studying, Practicing and Teaching the word of God

MUBET was established in 1987 as Meru University Brethren Evangelistic Team but was eventually changed to Mid-Eastern United Brethren Evangelistic Team to reflect the diversity of the people of Kenya. MUBET has now a National organized structure of governance with Regional structures and then Chapters in the Campus of each University.

WE normally meet in SCIENCE I Building every Sunday at 4 pm to 6 pm for fellowship. Bible Study takes place on every Thursday at 5:30 to 6:50pm in Halls or Residence and Fellowship Prayers every Friday and then conclusion at the tennis Court from 5:30 to 6:40 pm

Membership to MUBET is open to every Born again Christian from the regions covered by MUBET or any or any other part of Kenya interested in joining. Upon joining, the member is expected to

  1. Share our vision
  2. Have a church where they fellowship
  3. Participate in the events and our activities
